Are you having a difficult time handling the struggles in your life?
Could you use a non-judgemental ear to listen, somebody who really understands what you’re going through?
Do you really need to talk to somebody, but you don’t know who would be willing to listen?
Do you wish you had more of a sense of community in your life, instead of feeling alone?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then group therapy could be the solution you’ve been seeking. Group therapy differs from individual therapy by holding therapeutic sessions in a group setting run by a therapist instead of in a private one-on-one setting with a therapist. In these group sessions, patients share their thoughts and experiences with the whole group, allowing them to support one another while being supported by a group of people who understand what you’re going through.
If you’ve been feeling hopeless or alone lately, or struggling with a problem in your life that feels unsurmountable, group therapy could help you improve your everyday life.
Group therapy helps you find a sense of community with others who are going through similar things as you while giving you access to valuable therapy that can truly help you feel better.
So if any of these sound like you…
- You keep worrying about the same problem over and over
- You wish you could trust someone with your secret struggle
- You want to stop feeling so alone in what you’re going through
- You’re interested in therapy, but want to try something lower pressure than individual therapy
- You wish you felt more understood by others
- You’re looking for expert help improving your life
…Then group therapy could be right for you.
Group therapy’s effectiveness lies in its ability to help you find connections with other people and their experiences. These therapist-guided sessions will help you learn more about yourself and how to improve the way you feel, while feeling support from others who understand your experience.

Adult Narcissistic Abuse Relationship Healing Group:
I offer a narcissistic abuse recovery group which is a specialized support group designed to help individuals who have experienced emotional, psychological, or even physical abuse at the hands of a narcissistic partner, family member, or acquaintance. These groups offer a safe and empathetic environment for survivors to share their experiences, heal, and regain control over their lives. Here are the key details of a narcissistic abuse recovery group:

The primary purpose of a narcissistic abuse recovery group is to provide a space where survivors can:
Share Experiences: Survivors can openly discuss their experiences and feelings with others who have faced similar abuse, reducing feelings of isolation and shame.
Receive Support:Participants offer and receive emotional support from fellow survivors who understand the unique challenges associated with narcissistic abuse.
Learn Coping Strategies:The group facilitates the development of coping skills and strategies to manage the emotional aftermath of abuse and regain self-esteem.
Education:Members gain knowledge about narcissistic personality traits, manipulation tactics, and how to establish healthier boundaries.
Empowerment:Survivors are empowered to heal, rebuild their lives, and establish healthy relationships based on respect and trust.
Group Format:
Narcissistic abuse recovery groups typically follow this format:
Size:Groups are usually small, providing a space for more intimate sharing and support.

Coping Skills:
Participants are taught coping skills to manage triggers, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges that often result from narcissistic abuse.
Boundaries and Self-Care:
The group educates participants about healthy boundaries, self-care practices, and self-compassion to help them regain control over their lives and well-being.
Validation and Empowerment:
Survivors receive validation for their experiences and are empowered to heal, regain their self-esteem, and establish healthier relationships.

The group can continue for a specific number of sessions, or it may be ongoing, allowing members to receive support for as long as they find it beneficial.
Parental Involvement:
Narcissistic abuse recovery groups are typically for adult survivors; however, support for those seeking to protect children from narcissistic abuse may also be available.
